This scenario was the first one requiring users to actually sign into Alice, thus driving sign-ins.ToDos and Reminders experience in Alice is now heavily advertized by Yandex as one of the core scenarios of the product.

The application aimed at productivity scenarios that addressed the calendar and location awareness needs of distributed teams. The concept can be utilized for multiple user audiences, in the context of understanding user workflows and the optimal time for scheduling and executing projects.

Established and developed MSDN and TechNet Online Business in Microsoft Russia. Led requirement analysis and specification design, and executed full site migration from MSDN 1.0 to MSDN 2.0. This included designing the new MSDN portal, developing new content, as well as establishing and driving adoption of MSDN blogs in Russia. Received Microsoft Ship-it Award for this project. Oversaw establishing of MSDN Forums in Russia. Developed Marketing Strategy, led project execution, and recruited staff to participate in the Forums. By the end of my work assignment, Russian MSDN became one of the top 10 MSDN websites in the world, with 1000% growth over 2 years, and became a number one online asset for Russian DPE team.Extra Activities:Managed NTO (National Technology Officer) Incubation team that worked on a joint Windows 7 (PC|3)/MSR/NTO Russia project in the context-aware computing space. Application enabled tablet users to use augmented reality to see information about objects they look at by the use of gyroscope, 3d-accelerometer, GPS, and a web cam.
