Main responsibilities:•Leasing portfolio and contract management - focusing on End of Lease•Assigned person for large clients (e.g. Colgate-Palmolive, Commerzbank, Dekra, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Bundesbank, Dekra, GE, TÜV)•Various reporting responsibilities •Preparing offers•Handling customer decisions (renewals, purchase trasactions, returns)•Issuing invoices, adding purchase orders •Dispute handling•Ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions•Monitoring of returning leasing assets •Managing leasing portfolio of large clients •Contract adjustments•Handling with customer requests•Strong collaboration with other departments (Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Contract management)•Responsible for a good relationship with IBM clients in support of financing agreements. •Operational and administrative support by being responsible for organizational tasks of varying complexity.

• Valuation, verification and booking of a variety of financial instruments (including also FX, SWAPS, IRS) • Documentation and settlement of inter-company loans as well as internal clearing accounts (FX-conversions) • Daily bank account reconciliation • Bank account management and KYC support• Approval and booking of money transfers and foreign exchange transactions.• Monitoring the cash flow and the balance of HUF and foreign currencies during the day.• Handling claims regarding to the settlements and transactions• Daily review and control of the internal accounts.• Run queries, reconciliation of reports• Booking and approval of security transactions in the payment system.• Handling with incoming invoices, account payables and confirmations
