As the Business Quality Lead (BQL), you work in close collaboration with the project manager to ensure that the project resources do the right things at the right time with the correct quality. The cadence of the project is governed through milestones, defined in the product development process framework. The BQL ensures that all milestone deliveries are reported by all reporters in a quality-assured way with proper documentation. Together with the project manager, the BQL summarize the project status to top management for enhancing proper milestone decisions.The BQL ensures that the overall product development processes are followed and documented to ensure compliance in project target markets.
