By having worked with product and project quality assurance within the automotive business since 2017, I have gained a deep knowledge in how automotive projects should be executed in order to ensure a fast launch of compliant and well-documented products. I have a special interest in designing IT-based systems to enhance information collection for proper management decision-making. Since 2007 I have used Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) as a methodology to map and take control of causes and effects. I’m a certified DfSS Black Belt. Tools I have used extensively over the years include Failure Mode Effects and Analysis (FMEA), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Design of Experiments (DoE), Multivariate Data Analysis (MVDA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Stability and Capability Analysis etc. I’m a Green Belt in Blietz QFD, educated by the QFD Institute.
