As a Founding Designer, I led the product design process from inception to MVP, employing a data-driven approach to enhance user experience and satisfaction. I fostered key stakeholder relationships, facilitated cross-functional collaboration, and contributed to brand development, ensuring our product aligned with market trends and user needs. I further implemented design systems and standards, effectively streamlining the product development process.

In my role as the Founding Senior Product Designer, I partnered with multiple teams to create intuitive user experiences, led user testing initiatives, and managed a diverse team of designers while promoting design consistency and transparent communication.

ODD is an eight-week program with a 100+ designers who're diving deep into their craft by learning from industry leaders and their peers.

Designed brand identity and guidelines including typography, color, grids, and social ads.Created and implemented design systems with engineers for Web, iOS, and Android devices including components, iconography, and animations helping decrease shipping times.Used data analytic software and conducted user studies to iterate and create user centered designs. We prioritized features by demand and alignment with short / long-term business goals.Iterated and tested frequently using prototypes. Shared progress with team on demo days bouncing ideas and feedback.

Educating users across the globe about the power of impact behind posting and sharing thoughtful acts.Worked with CEO to create an experience map that we wanted the user to feel as they used the app. Designed solution and worked with engineers for implementation.Conducted surveys, in-person user testing, and used product analysis tools to discover potential new features geared toward increasing core critical events. Owned and led end to end design from ideation to execution to solve critical issues with retention in the platform.Created mood boards, UI kits, prototypes, and pixel perfect designs handed off to development and managed through till completion in agile environment.

Empowering Brands, Retailers, and Consumers the ability to fight against counterfeit products through blockchain.Successfully pitched products for a seed funding round.Collaborated with founder to create an information architectural model to set as a foundational block for branding language and mobile/web experience. Created identity and branding guidelines to be used in marketing, pitches and websites.Rapidly produced multiple visual directions/variations and UX/UI concepts.
