I am an experienced Information Technology professional with proven experience in the Freight, Aviation & Loyalty industries. With my strong analytic skills, passion for detail, hands-on approach coupled with technical knowledge has enabled me to excel in multiple IT roles with a large spectrum of responsibilities, and deliver quality outcomes to customers and stakeholders.I graduate with a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, while starting my career in the hospitality industry. Upon graduation, and using my customer service skills, took up a position with TPG performing customer service, helpdesk and logistic functions. Utilsing my passion for computers, I worked on the Helpdesk at StarTrack (formerly Star Track Express) to provide support to internal and external customers before being promoted into a CRM role where I specialised in infrastructure, database and business intelligence.For the last decade, I have been working at Qantas in the Loyalty IT End User Computing team where I have delivered virtual desktops, Cyber Security initiatives such as email security, implementing reverse proxy solutions, while still delivering the bread and butter end-user support. I am now furthering my career path in Qantas working in the Airline space focusing on Service Delivery and Governance in the End User Computer team.
