Identify new growth opportunities for iRobot Education across the educational sector includingmarket size, sales channels, school districts and potential distributors focused on STEM education,coding and robotics. Established a commercial partner network of global distributors in the US, Canada, EMEA and ANZ.

Built and matured external relationships with K-12 commercial partners in US and Canada to expand market reach, with focus on those that inspire interest in preschool, math, science, technology, engineering, and computer science. Developed new business relationships with commercial partners that reflect shared core values to expand sales channels.

Participate in sales call rides and planned meetings to provide one-on-one coaching, promote best practices and drive company culture and core values. Coached and developed team of 10 sales reps on consultative selling skills. Developed and executed a strategic plan for region to increase digital product penetration of Cengage Learning’s web-based assessments.

Led team of account management and implementation staff; managed the sales effort and territory development of all existing business opportunities across renewal team; created and execute account plans and growth plans with each success manager.

Served as lead implementation specialist to school districts for Naviance SaaS enterprise software. Technical and business advisor to stakeholders and key decision makers at districts. Employed best practices and project management methodology for effective use of the solution to meet business requirements and ensure member satisfaction.

Developed school district and strategic sales opportunities. Provided enterprise level educational software to school districts to manage, track and promote post-secondary success planning. The Naviance platform is an enterprise level SaaS solution.

Develop existing accounts, opening new business and team with District Sales Managers to expand success at the school level to district- and state-wide opportunities.
