Create Space Wellness offers services to help give individuals the tools and support to navigate through our complicated lives by stripping away complexity, slowing down and looking inwards in order to let go of the chaos.We take a 360 degree approach to health, intertwining ancient eastern wisdom and holistic philosophies of Yoga philosophy and Ayurveda with developments in Western well-being.Our virtual and in-person offerings are intended to be inclusive and accessible — ranging from online lifestyle programs and virtual workshops to on-site retreats and personal consultations.Examples of workshops/sessions: - Practical Stress Reduction - Yoga and Mindfulness for the workplace - Breathwork - Creating Healthy Boundaries - Ayurvedic Nutrition and lifestyle coaching - Mindful management of time - Navigating your path and purpose

Supporting and empowering post-secondary students as they navigate through life transitions, difficult decision making, complex systems of living abroad, and exploring their academic and career journeys. Navigating through young adult life can be difficult, especially if you are in a new and unknown environment. I'm here to help those who are feeling lost and confused as they navigate the post-secondary systems and feel they need more support from an unbiased perspective whose main focus is on the individual and what is best for their journey.Areas of support:1. - Designed and created a Career Preparation course for the WIL program; including learning objectives, course outlines, content and delivery resources, and facilitator guides - Researched and reviewed WIL preparatory courses from various post-secondary institutions - Present findings to a panel of program administrators

Dorm youth advisor off and on between school and overseas work for a number of years. From 2013- 2015 was senior advisor, focusing on the academic and life skill development of international students living in the boarding school.

Teacher of Grade 10-12 Social Studies and Drama

Worked during the summers for the International English program. Coordinated and supervised the global leader training program. Also, managed the dormitory and activity programing.
