I came back in January 2015 to be a Full-Time Teller, but as of February 22, 2016 I am a Service Specialist. I help customers on both the Teller side and Platform side of the bank.

Intimates & Accessories

I am the Department Lead for the Intimates and Accessories department. My duties include customer service, merchandising, maintaining the department's cleanliness, and at times cashiering.

As a teller my duties included handling customer transactions, both over the counter and at the drive through, settling a cash drawer, maintaining the ATM's settlements, and some light filing.

I worked in the Hettie L. Shumway Dining Commons, which was a cafeteria on the Rochester Institute of Technology campus. I washed dishes, cooked grill items, made pizzas, sliced deli meat, cut and weighed fruit, served pizza, served grill items, cooked and served pasta, and made sandwiches.

I was an assistant at my orthodontist' office. I filed paperwork, scanned x-ray images into the computer, called patients, answered the phones. I created graphic posters as well.

I switched back and forth from being a cashier and working the sales floor as a customer service associate.
