My multi-dimensional business offers a variety of educational opportunities and resources for children and adults. Through public speaking and active engagement, I work on creating a strong network of allies for ALL children living with food allergies. Increasing their peers' and teachers' understanding of the seriousness and stress of living with food allergies is the first step to creating more inclusive and compassionate learning environments. Along the way, I even trademarked and launched my own S.A.F.E. food allergy labels as a way for individuals to quickly identify items safe for their loved ones. Great for at home, at schools or those on the go.Providing one-on-one consulting for families is the most personalized aspect of my work. Many families new to food allergies struggle with figuring out how to successfully adapt their every day lives to new dietary restrictions. I have also provided families with basic strategies with for beginning their own initial food allergy classes. My blog, smartallergyfriendlyeducation.com, appeals to those who are looking for everyday products/resources to assist them in their day to day living with food allergies, especially those managing dairy, egg and nut allergies.

I am one of 14 national bloggers individually selected to be a spokesperson to represent SunButter via local and national media outlets. Through public speaking, promotional strategies, community involvement, and blogging, I am able to increase their brand awareness to my extensive network of followers.
