I have held positions as a therapist, counselor, career coordinator, football coach, instructor, Dean of Students and I am currently the Associate Vice President of Student Engagement at Lackawanna College. My experience is multi-faceted spending seven years in the field of Sport Management. I managed branding, event management, marketing and public relations while leading the daily operations of the NEPA Miners Semi-Professional Football & Entertainment organization. With 18 years of service in minor league football, it was an honor to be inducted into the 2013 AAA Minor League Football Hall of Fame class in Palm Springs, California. Throughout my career I have taken great pride in providing effective communication, strong work ethic and leadership to the companies I serve. I completed my Doctorate of Education with a specialization in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University. My professional experience is supported by a Master of Science Degree in Sport Management, Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies along with various awards and certificates including Small Business Spotlight, Young Entrepreneur honorable mention and NEPA Business Journal Top 20 Under 40. I am motivated to maximize the success of the organizations I support utilizing my education, diverse experience, relationships and leadership skills while continuing to learn. I have 18+ years football coaching experience at the youth, high school, semi-professional and collegiate levels. I co-host the Dynasty Theory Football Podcast. Lackawanna College is dedicated to assisting students as they determine their personal interests and aptitudes and develop specific career goals.The College’s Employment and Internship Placement Coordinator serves as liaison between the College and the business community to facilitate job placement opportunities for Lackawanna students and graduates and to organize on-campus employer recruitment of Lackawanna College students.A variety of resources are available to assist students in their career explorations and job searches, including labor market information, job search preparation, job lead information, assistance with preparation of employment documentation, such as resumes and cover letters, and utilization of student portfolios in securing employment.Coaching Responsibilities included Running Backs Coach, Offensive Assistant and Recruitment of Student Athletes. We led the conference in rushing in 2005 going 11-0 and winning the Valley of the Sun Bowl in Glendale Arizona. The 2008 season we were invited to the North Star Bowl in Rochester, Minnesota. Coached the North East Conference Player of the Year in 2009 and a couple players who have made National Football League rosters.

The Goal: To allow players to develop their skills on and off the field while providing action packed football and affordable family entertainment for North Eastern Pennsylvania. We used the sport of football as our vehicle to provide year round community service for our area. In six seasons the NEPA Miners won 41 games and were awarded "Best New Team on the East Coast" in 2007 by Minor League Football News. In 2013 the Miners played their final season in the Empire Football League (EFL). The Miners added televised football games, the Miners Football Network to audio streaming all of their games and had a mobile app for Apple and Android devices. The NEPA Miners offered the most affordable night of family fun for families in North Eastern Pennsylvania. The Miners provided game day entertainment, sponsor giveaways while supporting numerous youth organizations and community groups at each home game and throughout the year.The NEPA Miners home stadium was the beautiful Scranton Memorial Stadium.
