Project was extremely time sensitive and technically challenging due to the age of the hardware.o Personally developed/designed an interim international operator information database as a BCP risk mitigation solution, this was subsequently developed into an ongoing intranet based application saving the company upwards of $500K on the existing market alternatives.o Designed, developed and delivered a custom engineered video interfacing solution to replace the ageing/failing terminal “green screen” displays with an LCD based solution as new replacement units were no longer available. Advised by vendor that this was technically “impossible”.
