Over the last three decades I gained experience in most I.T. technologies used in large enterprises. In the last 13 years, the focus on file transfer technologies and data security had me becoming a Subject Matter Expert in content movement and storage. I have expertise in the IBM Aspera portfolio, Signiant and few other file transfers applications. In my current role, I manage the daily operations, projects, R&D, continuous improvement, budgeting, and automation of our global file transfer services, supporting internal and external users across various media and entertainment domains. Before this I managed several data centres, implemented quality standards and compliance frameworks for corporate IT infrastructures and projects. Audits and UAM/ITAM/ITIL processes have been part of my past responsabilities, as well as managing a central helpdesk, based locally or in a different part of the world. I am passionate about breaking work silos, sharing best practices, and facilitating cross-team and cross-division collaboration. I enjoy remaining deeply technical while providing strategic direction, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
