Fine Jewelry:During my time at Susanin’s, I was trained in the fine jewelry department under the guidance of the jewelry and watch specialist and vice-president. I assisted in researching, testing, and cataloguing of both fine and costume jewelry pieces. I also performed condition reports for these pieces upon request from bidders and assisted private jewelry dealers with inspection and testing prior to auction date. Additionally, I researched, authenticated, and catalogued the entire February 2016 Art Deco, Art Nouveau, and Retro Jewelry auction which represented over 350 lots. This sale realized a 100% sales rate.Client Services:Within the scope of client services, I have become adept in market research, pre and post sale arrangements, and database organization. I have assisted clients, including large financial and media corporations, with the complete consignment process. This involved pre-consignment contracts, conducting research on a wide range of fine art, decorative art, and fine jewelry pieces, formulating auction estimates, cataloguing lots within its appropriate sale, preparing lots for photography and assisting the department when needed, post-sale invoicing and shipping arrangements, developing and maintaining customer communication, and facilitating the return or reconsignment of unsold property. I also assisted with phone bidding on behalf of both domestic and international clients during the monthly auctions. As a result, I worked closely with other members of the consignment staff, the bids department, the photography team, and Mr. Susanin in order to ensure that each lot was received, catalogued, photographed, and marketed in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, I served as the company's marketing associate which entailed direct outreach, social media initiatives, marketing email creation, and advertising efforts.

My responsibilities included helping to maintain strong business relationships with clients, conducting research, preparing social media programs, and training new interns. In order to present ideas to help design marketing models, I spent a significant amount of time compiling information. As a result, I was able to apply my creative outlook to any project that came my way and added to the movement of ideas within the office.

As Marketing Director, I managed and launched online and on-campus marketing initiatives in order to increase sales. I followed marketing strategies of competition and helped Rent Like A Champion establish newer and more unique marketing tactics in order to grow name recognition around campus. I also conducted various house showings and negotiated lease payments for perspective housing tenants.
