Among my projects:Aug-Sep 2024 | Curator of the “Sivani’s House” exhibition at the Farmhouse Gallery at The Hive at Leichtag Commons• Exhibition Planning and Coordination - Aligning the Artist vision of the exhibition with the vision and of the foundation. • Installation management - developed installation timelines and plans while adapting curation to fit gallery space requirements. Managed supplies and procurement processes. Supervised the overall installation of the exhibition.• Design and Production - Assisted in designing and producing exhibition graphics, text, and didactic elements. Coordinated the printing and mounting of exhibition materials.

• Developed and executed marketing strategies for flagship exhibitions that broke visitor attendance records with over 100K visitors at each of the following exhibitions and over 670K visitors at the Yayoi Kusama exhibition. Among these exhibitions were: "Ilya & Emilia Kabakov: Tomorrow We Fly" (2023-2024), "Yayoi Kusama: A Retrospective" (2021-2022), "Calder: Great Yellow Sun" (2021), "Jeff Koons: Absolute Value" (2020-2021), “Hiroshi Sugimoto” (2018-2019).• Successfully secured the museum’s inclusion in The Art Newspaper's 'The 100 Most Popular Art Museums in the World' for five consecutive years.• Managed all of the Museum's social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Leading an organic growth of 87% on the museums Instagram page (from 40K to 75K).• Content management - creating content for all museum social platforms, including influencers collaborations.• Customer experience management in order to enhance the visitors' encounters with the museum on all touchpoints with maximum satisfaction.• Spearheaded the successful creation and launch of a new website with a modern design, new IT and ticketing systems and a user-friendly interface resulting in a 30% increase in website traffic.• Successfully led technological collaborations, including the launch of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art in Minecraft project – the creation of a virtual version of the museum within the game in order to expose and engage museum content to a young audience that was a phenomenal success with over 21K unique visitors to the projects minisite, over 19K Minecraft map downloads, 954 digital artworks submitted, 70% of the participants visited the museum with high engagement of the participants on all platforms.• Responsible for international and local partnership - Google Arts & Culture, TikTok, Microsoft R&D, Tel Aviv Municipality and the Ministry of Culture.• Overseeing a team of designers, writers and the museum's Webmaster.
