Education and training, monitoring and reporting, research and development.- Increase social audience growth, reach and engagement- Develop and maintain a social media policy- Develop, maintain and execute a social media strategy for Tennis Australia and associated stakeholders- Manage social media communities and profiles for Tennis Australia, Australian Open and Australian Open series brands- Resourcing and co-ordination of social media activities- Train and educate key stakeholders on correct use of social channels, policy and key trends and developments across the social web.- Report on growth and engagement of all channels, providing analysis and insight on audience and content opportunities- Convert media business goals into social media initiatives- Research and evaluate new and emerging social media channels, technologies and techniques.
