She was a key contributor to Australia’s first Video Interpreting service, where she developed and implemented policies, procedures, and OHS standards. Her leadership in this area also included training and mentoring interpreters, setting the standard for service excellence in video interpreting.In addition to her Certified Interpreter NAATI credential as an Auslan/English interpreter, Danielle holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Auslan/English Interpreting and is currently completing her MBA. This advanced study aligns her interpreting expertise and passion for people with leadership and strategic thinking, further enhancing her ability to drive meaningful change.
