- Manages FHCC’s non-financial agreement lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts. This includes complex agreements associated with research consortia across academic and corporate organizations.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration with administrative groups (Office of General Counsel, Institutional Review Board, Clinical Research Services) during contract negotiation.
- Safeguards FHCC’s intellectual property (IP) by partnering with cancer research investigators to protect current and arising IP.
- Proactively identifies potential conflicts by reviewing past agreements and monitoring for third-party IP issues.
- Leads continuing education for the Business Development team.
