At Enso Equine Services I offer equine-industry focused leadership coaching and human-herd consulting to help individuals, businesses, and organizations create the most effective and productive teams possible. My approach is based on the latest research into horse behavior, communication, and herd dynamics. I believe that when people understand how horses think and behave, they can apply these principles to their own lives and work environments to achieve greater success.
