I work in collaboration with the MD/CNS and treatment teams, formulate, develop and revise treatment plans. I coordinate treatment activities and interviews clients to gather information for Biopsychosocial updates and ANSA assessments and complete those accurately and timely with good quality. I also connect clients with disability and social security services. I work with administration, staff and clients to reach their healthcare goals and keep the lines of communication open.

I work with clients on becoming more independent and helping them reach their individual goals set up by them, their family, their Care Coordinator, and other health physicians.

Served as a leader and role model to residence hall community members, support the commitment to multiculturalism and departmental and university mission and values, served on the Diversity Committee to promote education to the entire school, built relationships with residents, completed rounds throughout the resident hall to ensure safety of students, serve as a catalyst for community development by completing programs and activities, created a self-governing and active community, informed the residential community of the University and residence halls policies and regulations, assisted students, individually and collectively, in taking ownership for their contributions and acting responsibly within the community, assisted residents with personal problems and finding campus resources, completed administrative tasks and paperwork, and enforced all university policies and regulations.

I help with networking in the Sociology department at Dominican University. Occasionally, I help give tours that are directly geared towards the Sociology department and help the head of the department with different research designs she does.

I mentor African American freshmen by aiding them in leadership initiatives. Often we present workshops to the freshmen and teach them networking skills. We also practice community skills by bonding on various other occasions outside of the business professional realm, such as one on one meetings and various outings.

I was the president of the Black Student Union. I recieved a Bachelor's of Arts in Clinical Psychology as well as Black World Studies. I have three on campus jobs: one in the Sociology Department another for the Village, which is a leadership program for freshmen African American students, and the other as a Resident Assistant.

I am available to work in every classroom from Infants to School Age. I implement the curriculum by solely teaching classes or I help the lead teacher in the classroom. I also file confidential paper work,conduct parent teacher conferences, and assess children on their milestones.

I counseled children through grief process, relationship problems, communication issues, and self-esteem concerns, empowered children to work through internal disputes, updated mothers daily of child's behaviors, organized weekly writing lessons, organized calisthenics, and educated children on how to work with computer technology.
