An extremely passionate, creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer and CEO, holding twenty two years of experience working on multi-unit residential, hospitality, retail, health care, and sports facilities portfolios. For the past eleven years, I have held the position of both Project Manager and Senior Interior Designer, and have led or participated in the design of International and local projects such as Fairmont Hotels (Royal York, Lake Louise, McDonald and Palliser), Gabriel Hotel and restaurants Miami Beach, Lennox Hotel Miami, Patria, Bar Chica, Miss Likklemore's, Paris Texas, Pink Sky, Toronto Beach Club, E Condos, the ArtShoppe development, and the renovation of Madison Square Garden NY, to name a few.I have garnered a wealth of experience in all facets of interior and architectural design, which has fine-tuned my abilities as a results-focused team player and manager, leading client presentations, managing projects and sites, space planning, creating architectural working drawings on AutoCAD, Revit, and InDesign, as well as designing and implementing construction schedules, specification documents, cost projection and managing multi-million dollar accounts.I have a commitment to personal and professional development and after receiving my formal education in Interior Design I completed a Certificate in Advanced Architecture from Ryerson University which is recognized by the AATO. My education in both Architectural Studies and Interior Design provides me an advantage of understanding structural construction components giving me a fulsome understanding of the area I am designing.I am skilled at developing strong and effective relationships with clients, suppliers and tradespeople and have learned how to multitask and network across functional teams. I have an extensive knowledge of Ontario’s Provincial Building Code and Municipal Regulations and hold a personal commitment to sustainable design, seeking to minimize the negative environmental impact of buildings by enhancing efficiency in the use of materials, energy, and development space.
