My primary role within the business was to work with the CEO to define the business strategy, convert it into an execution plan cascaded down the business to ensure that the strategy is achieved. I managed strategic deliverables working closely with the executive and management teams to create strategic pillars, strategic thrusts and strategy execution plans linked to KPI's to ensure that the business achieved its quarterly deliverables. A large part of my role was to coach, guide and align the leadership team to effectively mobilise and motivate their teams for fulfillment. I also managed the HR and Marketing department to ensure that the business attracted and retained the right talent for scale and communicated its value proposition and product offering to clients.

For 5 years I consulted to Mindcor Consulting as a Principal Consultant to Mindcor's clients.
