Demand Planning Manager
Current- Responsible for the daily sell-out forecasting process and sell-in planning for online and physical sales channels of Multibrand E-commerce, as well as inventory management, and leading a team of 11 individuals from apprentices to specialists.- Implement a structural reorganization project in the department, introducing focused operational buying and data intelligence verticals, and migrating from the S&OP model to the IBP model.- Prepare annual and periodic reviews of inventory budgets and provide data for short, medium, and long-term planning, with reporting to other Financial areas of the group.- Review and implement indicators for stock coverage, inventory turnover, WAPE, overstock, and stockouts, used for corrective actions and assessing inventory quality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Joint Business Planning (JBP) negotiations and commercial agreements, focusing on sell-out and sell-in perspectives, and implementing a Collaborative Demand model with suppliers.Main achievements: - Achieved annual inventory targets without impacting sales goals, aligned with collaborative strategies across all involved areas. - Contributed to reducing overstock and provision for losses without increasing the stockout indicator, and reducing coverage for strategic products.
