Placement year in Ghana at a Behavioral Modification Center in the Cape Coast. The center was a high pressure environment consisting of of individuals dealing with various mental health issues and addiction problems. Regular one to one interaction with patients was key as it would help find the best solutions for their personal growth and their well being, and allowing them to become optimistic about the future. Focus on therapies such as: CBT, REBT, Holistic Therapy etcLead and organised group and support session every morning and afternoon for the improvement of patients mental well being and self esteem.
