Office Associate
Current-Oversee functionality and daily operations of office with 100+ employees -Prepare, code and submit billing invoices to online accounts payable system-Proactive review of vendor billing reports to ensure payment deadlines are met-Publicize all internal office communications -Routinely update floor plans with new hires and employee exits as needed-Assist HR dept. with on-boarding of new hires and terminations -Facilitate the arrangement of new employee IT equipment and workspace-Conduct orientation of campus and enterprise protocols for new employees -Coordinate with facilities and IT depts to have new employee office space, IT equipment and security badge setup-Plan all corporate events and lunch meetings-Act as fire warden and floor leader for all emergencies-Inventorying and replenishment of consumable supplies for all departments-Schedule daily, weekly and monthly calendar of appointments-Organize monthly employee training program sessions-Answer, screen, and redirect telephone calls with professionalism and efficacy-First responder and employee liaison for both the IT dept. and building maintenance personnel
