I handle invoice issues that have been escalated beyond what our normal e-mail team can handle. I'm the point of contact person for 2 of Cummins largest supplier and assist with getting invoices processed in a timely fashion, trouble shooting invoice issues and working with plants across the globe to resolve issues.I providing excellent customer service to to not only our Suppliers but to our Plant Contacts.

Process invoices for providers/vendor, by insuring invoiced were processed in a timely fashion and where the terms of the contracts. I created and maintained contracts for up to 85 providers. Insuring that all contracts were updated and that there was enough money on the contracts to pay invoices.Chair of the Building Safety Committee.

Processed accounts receivable, created bank deposits, printed invoices, and assisted customers with their questions, developed and organized special events and coordinated staffing.

Originally trained as an Truck Driver, but during deployment to Iraq, I worked as a Prison Guard and as a Human Resource Specialist.
