CurrentOver the last two and half years I have developed knowledge within all aspects of the business. I deal with day to day enquires, demands and needs of others and meet important deadlines. I follow the company’s procedures and make sure that my work is finished to a high standard. I make and receive calls, meet and greet customers/clients and suppliers, delivering a high quality level of Customer Service. I work out quotations and invoicing on a daily basis and also oversee the accounts, work out wages and deal with the HR side of the business. My Responsibilities include:• General office admin• Dealing with accounts – Quoting/Invoicing• Handle telephone/email enquires• Banking• Liaise with suppliers and customers• Manage client/sales databases• Human Resources• Ordering stock• Signing for deliveries
