Current-Apply and adapt Teachers College program for students of varying performance levels.-Collaborate with teacher teams to enhance student learning and determine best practices-Collaborate with various educational coaches to analyze and increase levels of student performance and create support systems-Design and facilitate highly effective virtual learning of each competency of the curriculum through various forums-Provide comprehensive support to colleagues through focused coaching, inter-visitations and the design of meaningful opportunities for growth.-Develop and implement strategies to significantly improve student growth and reading levels.-Create and execute a collaborative teacher team for grade level. -Support school-wide implementation of both shared reading program and five mathematical practices. -Apply superior time management skills to consistently meet critical deadlines. -Design and implement rigorous and differentiated lesson plans, assignments, tests, projects, and enrichment activities to enhance the student's academic achievement, love for learning, and educational performance.-Deliver integrated co-teaching, working closely with Special Education Teacher. -Facilitate and conduct parent meetings to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate solutions at home and within the classroom that will enhance students' learning and achievement. -Interface with IEP team to develop and design programs that support each student's individual needs. -Serve as an active team member of the English Language Arts Curriculum Team and Consultation Committee PBIS Team (Positive Behavioral Intervention System) and MOSL Team (Measure of Student Learning).
