My responsibilities include - CRM management of 31 pubs and restaurants , creating Brand campaigns as well as site specific. -A strong, well-rounded digital marketing skillset, with an understanding of user journeys and experience.- Experience managing paid media campaigns across online channels, especially social media and be proficient with relevant tools such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.- Analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance and use Google Analytics.- A good understanding of Word Press creating seasonal content on the brand website.- Working on new site openings, creating venues digitally. Having an opening campaign to drive data sign ups. Ensuring the business is live online for web, booking platforms, google my business, tripadvisor. Creating local charity nights for the opening business to do some local marketing to promote opening.

In my time in Sugar Hut Liverpool, I was multi rolled - I was Head Host and Assistant to our Sales and Marketing Manger , helped to contact reservation bookings for both the restaurant and the night club. Aswell as working in a fast paced Nightclub environment doing guest list on the door in the club. I also had a due role as Restaurant and Bar supervisor I was reasonable forKey holder, Cash handler , Opening and Closing the restaurant and nightclub, Stock orders , rotas for staff and guest relations and complaints. I enjoyed this dual role in which would allow me to work in a restaurant environment which then morphed into the nightclub downstairs.

In my time working for Oceans Beach club I learnt working on Sales , PR and Events within in company bringing in guests tables creating drinks packages and ensuring the guest journey was enjoyable. Spending this time in Mallorca I enjoyed the travel to work away to gain this experience. I was reasonable for being present on the restaurant floor, for being guest relations to ensure any holiday makers were enjoying there time and wanted to make this restaurant and bar their regular.

Working in Palm Sugar Liverpool One over these years I gained skills in both service and manager roles. From working outside events as a bartender in a pop up bar that we had in Knowsley Safari Park dealing with large corporate events for Christmas of up to 600 guest. To my floor experience in Both Palm Sugar and Chaophraya also helping out in there sister restaurant Yeh Rah , this helped build my experience in a fast past environment from restaurant based into more evening drinks in Palm Sugar. I worked in this company within my time of doing my degree which helped me with my time management of a full time job and university degree.
