I’m Danielle, an award-winning Clinical Psychotherapist, Play Therapist and Founder of The Nurtured Village, a haven where families are able to flourish through play-based therapies, counselling, and education.With qualifications in psychology (including Masters in Forensic Mental Health), I’m also a registered Play Therapist and have experience in the Human Services field, I’m extremely passionate about making a difference in the lives of Australian families by supporting parents and young children in their unique journeys. Tapping into my varying skill set, knowledge and experience, I strongly believe in the power of holistic mental health care and am dedicated to creating a community where every family can easily navigate challenges and thrive.As a mum myself, I also know first-hand the unique challenges Mother’s experience. For this reason, I lead with empathy in my approach ensuring that my clients feel seen, understood and supported at all times. My business The Nurtured Village, offers a range of services to support to children, adolescents and parents & care givers via therapy, education and coaching. Our mission is to help families live happier lives regardless of what challenges they may be facing.
