I have 25 years of experience in Customer Service related employment and almost 20 years of experience in the Insurance industry. I do not back away from difficult situations. I focus and get down to finding ways to resolve problems. I am an individual who works well in group settings, but can also work independently without supervision. I can lead and can be led. I am a dedicated and loyal individual and feel strongly about putting in the effort needed to succeed. In my spare time, I volunteer in our community and have a passion for travel.
