  Creating engaging lessons: developing and delivering lessons that are both informative and interesting to students. This can involve researching and selecting appropriate teaching materials, using multimedia resources, and incorporating interactive activities into the lessons.Classroom management: I would be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive classroom environment. This could involve developing rules and procedures for the class, monitoring student behaviour, and enforcing disciplinary measures when necessary.Liaising with parents: Communicating with parents and caregivers is an important aspect of education. Creating content, slides, and notes: This involves developing teaching materials such as notes, handouts, and presentation slides and this may also involve creating other multimedia resources.Preparing tests and assignments: I am responsible for designing and administering tests and assignments to assess student learning. This could involve creating assessment criteria, grading papers, and providing feedback to students.Lesson preparation: This involves planning and preparing lessons in advance, including developing learning objectives, selecting teaching materials, and designing activities and exercises to support student learning.LTSM / Textbook Committee: As a member of the LTSM / Textbook Committee, I have been in the collection, distribution and barcoding of textbooks for students.E-learning facilitator: This involves using technology to facilitate learning and the training of teachers in new technology that is appropriate for a school.Aid in the training and moderation of new teachers: This could involve assisting with the training of new teachers, as well as moderating tests and assignments to ensure consistency and fairness.Working in a team to create unity in the department.Plan and design activities relating to excursions.Coach different sporting codes.
