Initially I was responsible for the mobilisation and onboarding of all site personnel but as the project developed the requirement for site-based administrators was identified which I recruited, trained, and continue to develop and support. I identify best practice processes used by other sites and implement them at Havieron, some of the technology projects I am developing include a site app and maintenance request system.Key responsibilities also include organising and coordinating offsite workshops and functions, development of a monthly site newsletter and providing support to the Project Director and senior leadership team.
