• Developed design documentation and bid packages (P&ID’s, PFD’s, Plot Plans, Haz Class, C&E’s, Bill of Material) for gas processing facilities including compressor stations, well pad facilities, and metering stations. Maintained accurate, thorough, and current project documentation.• Collaborated with teams during phase gated AFE Front-End Loading (Conceptual, Feasibility, and Definition where projects are initiated, concepts selected and front-end definitions developed) to provide resource estimates, cost estimates, schedules, business benefits, environmental/health/safety impacts. Developed project feasibility evaluations and supported economic analysis to determine viability.• Effectively managed multiple stakeholder’s feedback and drove clear alignment and communication across a multi-discipline project teams consisting of Operations, Business Development, Construction, Subject Matter Experts, and other ad hoc internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinated with Procurement in the development of a contracting plan, including engineering and execution resources.• Identified risk factors and ranked as of level of threat posed to project's success during technical and location-oriented risk assessment. Developed and implemented risk response plan to monitor and control risks throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project HAZOPS and PHAs as needed.• Managed multiple projects simultaneously of varying magnitude and complexity from conception to commissioning and start-up.• Managed surface facility projects (including compressor installs, plunger lift installs, compressor station retrofits, Underground Storage Tank Removals, etc.) for Shell Appalachia in both Tioga and Bradford Pennsylvania.• Provided engineered solutions to Operations for day to day issues.• Created hydraulic models utilizing PipeSIM, Hysys, Unisim, and Piper to provide solutions to both Engineering and Operations.
