As a Regional Manager at Rewards Network, my team and I are dedicated to helping our restaurant, bar, and nightclub clients within the New York City area continually grow their business. We are devoted to helping our clients meet their goals, even when the industry is slow. In fact, even today our clients outperform the rest of the industry by 3-4%.In my role, I am proud to lead a top-notch team of dedicated and high-performing Account Executives and Account Managers in our strategic and tactical efforts. My team and I ensure that we are matching the right Rewards Network programs and services to our prospective clients needs and goals. Once you become a client, we ensure that our programs help address those needs, while providing high levels of customer service and satisfaction. As Regional Manager, I provide leadership to a team located in multiple states throughout my region. In order to help our clients, company, and my individual reps meet their goals, I implement a multitude of management, training, and communication strategies including (but not limited to): • 1:1 weekly professional development calls• Daily coaching calls and guidance• Performance tracking and management• Customer/client satisfaction assurance• Ride-alongs, and much moreMy passion is helping not only our clients grow, but also each person on my team. I aim to create a productive, efficient and effective work environment our sales representatives can thrive in — which translates into even better customer service and satisfaction for our clients! On an ongoing basis, I also collaborate a multitude of internal teams to ensure client, rep, and company goals are met, including upper and C-level sales management, internal contract operations, inside sales representatives, marketing teams, and more.In my role, I leverage several systems to help keep our client, team and company goals organized and on track including Salesforce CRM, DocuSign, Spring CM, Outlook and more.
