Project Manager and Green Consultant for a large number of Multifamily affordable housing projects throughout the Bay Area and California. Consulting on both GreenPoint Rated New Home Multifamily projects as a Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP: Build It Green) and on LEED projects as the Green PM to advise on green building aspects, thereby ensuring projects meet their target green building certification levels throughout the DD, CD, Permitting, Construction and Closeout phases of each project.

Developed a sophisticated ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) management system designed to incorporate the UN's SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) into Iona's business and investment practices. Also managed the sustainability compliance and reporting schemes for Iona's portfolio of renewable energy infrastructure projects.

Provided on-the-ground leadership at climate change protests and rallies throughout London. Created social media campaigns and designed promotional materials for London's Anti-Trump Protest March in July 2018, and the Rise for Climate rally in September 2018.

Worked directly as part of a tiny but mighty Sustainability team on projects and initiatives to spread Environmental Sustainability practices and information to over 13,000 employees at Genentech: -Led both Recycling and Energy "Green Genes" teams and initiatives that drove towards hitting our 2020 corporate Roche Sustainability goals. -Led Food Waste Reduction pilot to increase awareness of and decrease the amount of wasted food across a very large campus.-Acted as Waste Reduction Manager of onsite Waste Management partner SBM, performing audits and introducing initiatives to increase recycling and decrease overall waste-to-landfill on a large campus of 70+ buildings.

Designed, executed and managed equipment upgrades and replacements, as well as process improvements, for all of our South San Francisco manufacturing plants.Also served in voluntary leadership role as Energy Leader for our grassroots environmental Green Genes club at Genentech, with over 4,000 members.
