Change Manager (Via Allfields)
I am contracted to the University of Canterbury to lead and manage the change aspects of UC’s Digital Services new website project. Being the Change Manager on this project meant working very closely with a range of different roles and stakeholders to make sure the migration to the new website went as smoothly as possible following the ADKAR principles.Key responsibilities:• Completing change artifacts: Change Plan, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Change Impact Analysis and Training Plan. • Communication with key stakeholders, staff members and students over a number of platforms, including being able to translate technical language into easy to digest communications for our non-technical stakeholders. • Being an integral liaison between stakeholders and the website development and project teams.• Responding to feedback and queries from various stakeholders throughout the project.• Learning all aspects of the new website platform, Adobe Experience Manager as required.• Implementing the training plan and creating training resources. Training completed for over 220 UC staff members.• Input into website content roles, permissions, user experience, and platform functionality improvements. • Implementing content changes and fixes as required based on stakeholder feedback.
