Oversees Oolite Arts three main granting initiatives in film and a host of related film screenings, masterclasses, workshops and social events. -Manages Cinematic Arts Residency Application which includes drafting and issuing annual call for submissions for Cinematic Arts Residency, which awards $50,000 and studio space to one filmmaker.-Assembles a jury of nationally recognized film professionals for review of applications-Creates and executes ancillary program in support of the application which includes film screenings, info sessions, virtual office hours and skills masterclasses.-Onboards selected filmmakers, including creating a residency plan to include all stages of production and release of their completed films, as well as quarterly check ins and promotional strategy.-Manages Wolfson Open Calls, which includes drafting and issuing two annual calls for submissions and ancillary programming.-Worked with program partners - Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, Chief Bay Officer Irela Bague’s Office, City of Miami Beach and The Lynn and Louis Wolfson II Family Foundation. -Collaboratively works with O Cinema to offer regular film screenings of Art Films and micro-budget films with post film interviews of directors-Processes contracts, payments, coordinating tech-rehearsals, event coordination and leading public discussion and Q&A post-film.-Managed collaborative programming with Miami-based organization Community Justice Project, which focused on the community-centered storytelling of some of Miami’s most pressing issues- evictions, food insecurity and incarceration, all told in collaboration with the community experts closest to the issues. -Selected filmmakers, onboarded, processed contracts and payments and facilitated regular progress check-ins with filmmakers.-Conceptualized and ran public event that included screening of films and filmmaker panel with Community Justice Project.

-Managed and tracked alumni programs data including monthly alumni activity reports, departmental key performance indicators of programming, and research initiatives.Worked collaboratively to conceive, develop and introduce YoungArts Emergency Microgrants Program, which awarded 60+ $1,000 payments per month to alumni applicants who experience loss of income during COVID-19. This included distributing all 60+ ACH payments and contracts per month. Managed the Creative Microgrants program, which awarded $5,000 to winners seeking artistic support and professional development. Involved selecting and gathering an independent jury, managing the selection process, notifying awarded winners, distributing contracts and payments, and post grant reporting.-Distributed all alumni artistic agreements, booked and managed artist travel and processed artist honorariums, per diems and reimbursements.

Manages educational activities and programs for all audiences and collaborates with other staff members to ensure that the museum presents its collection in a way that is responsive to the interests and needs of the audiences. Coordinates and directs the allocation of resources to produce educational programs. Participates in the efforts to promote museum programs and build the museum’s audience. Currently in charge of Mark Mamolen lecture series, Miami Beach Cinematheque film collaboration, STEAM X Design, Family Day programming, Art Deco Weekend Lecture Series, Into the Stacks Salon series, O, Miami Poetry Festival collaboration, in addition to K-12 Education programming Works collaboratively across museum departments to develop plan and implement programs for family, youth, and adult audiences. Manages all organizational aspects (logistics, travel, payment, etc.) and development of related collateral and press materials for programs Participates in the exhibition development process working closely with curatorial and designs teams to develop interpretative materials and exhibition experience Develops and oversees budgets for programs. Negotiates contracts with outside contractors as needed for programs Coordinates with schools and community groups to formulate education and public programs. Travels to constituencies outside the museum Prepares, conducts and compiles audience survey reports for public programs. Currently implementing a larger survey report to support programming in upcoming exhibition Universe of Things Arranges and provides tours for the general public, program partners, featured guests, and others on a regular basis. Trains Wolfsonian staff to conduct guided tours of temporary and permanent exhibitions

Arts Administration & Event Planning• Responsible for the 2014 Borscht Film Festival, including planning execution and follow up of over 30 independent events that attracted over 9,000 attendees over a 5 day period• Liaison between graphic/web developer and administrative team• Project manager for multiple web projects that received national press• Production management and supervision of over 30 different short film projects with high profile independent filmmakers including Jacolby Satterwhite, Ray Tintori, Gil Green, Terence Nance, and more.• Collaborated with PAMM’s Katerina Llanes on the production of Jacolby Satterwhite’s project En Plein Air: Diamond Princess, which included a video performance with rapper Trina, and a performance at PAMM.Grant Writing and Fundraising• Successfully procured over $125,000 in grants over the course of the year, including a Creative Capital grant, in addition to multiple sponsorships and partnerships exceeding over $75,000. • Successfully managed a Kickstarter campaign for filmmakers that raised over $65,000 in funds.
