I was part of a small team, providing a first class design service to a variety of clients within a friendly studio. Our clients included; Devon Wildlife Trust, Hospiscare, National Trust, Queen’s College. The studio was situated within a printing warehouse, where most design projects were printed on site. My daily work included designing leaflets, brochures, posters, logos, business cards, and much more. I also provided online marketing for the company, using Wordpress, Instagram and Facebook. I often quoted for jobs independently, attended client meetings and always had direct communication with clients from start to finish, At times, I was also required to manage the studio.

During my time at Goviers of Sidmouth, I was mainly responsible for overseeing the production of monthly brochures/posters/newsletters and advertisements from planning, photographing and designing, through to print. I was solely responsible for all website admin tasks, including adding and removing items. I independently set up and maintained an eBay outlet store from scratch along with online marketing. Occasionally I was needed to take orders from customers via telephone and email. I had constant communication with print companies, manufacturer reps and colleagues via telephone, email and in person.

At Bloom Boutique, I was a flexible and adaptable member of a small creative team. We all worked together to personalise and package gift items with accuracy and attention to detail. I was chosen to be responsible for collecting all parcels at the end of each day and scan them through the computer and input through to Royal Mail. I was required to complete other general computer and practical workshop tasks whenever needed.
