Automotive division customer service representative, distribution support

Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. Assist the General Manager by continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and development of employees. Ensure the efficient operation of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager by supervising and supporting the Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Food Production, Engineering, Accounting, Sales and Housekeeping departments. Communicate and/or correct deficiencies in these departments in conjunction with the supervisor on duty. Assist the General Manager as needed in revenue generation programs. Participate in the sales effort by meeting on-site contacts for evening functions, greeting important clients and participating in sales calls with Sales Team members. Assist in creating a positive team-oriented environment that focuses on the guest, through employee development and motivation.

Manager on duty, supervise gallery hosts during shift hours and oversee operations. Assist guests with check in and check out processes (verifying registration, address and credit information, balancing bank, posting charges). Provide assistance with luggage, coffee, directions, wake up calls, future reservations, etc.

Work directly with clients and customers to discuss project details. Provide continued communication and support via emails and telephone throughout production process. Quality control procedures including but not limited to peer proof-reading. Oversee project from start to finish with moderate to little supervision. Execute general retail sales as well as operate UPS shipping software as an authorized shipping outlet. Communicate with clients via telephone or email and create work orders of jobs received, organize job orders, design and sample/proof each project with client. Output film and burn printing plates. Operate and maintain a two-color printing press. Mix appropriate inks using Pantone color chart. Make regular deliveries to customer’s places of business. Receive shipments of supplies and record packing slips. Invoice customers and input accounts receivable. Assist with set-up, operations, clean-up and maintenance of four-color press.
