Pharmacy Manager: Managed three Walgreens pharmacy locations during this time and acted as a preceptor for Wingate University. Had the pleasure of opening store 16087 in the Steele Creek area of Charlotte, NC in February 2017 as the acting RXM. Represented Walgreens and the state of North Carolina on Capitol Hill for RXImpact Day, acted as immunization lead for district 680 and was able to assist in multiple Rite Aid conversions in and around Charlotte as well as the Novant integration in Salisbury, NC.Registered Store Manager: Managed three locations, including a LabCorp site, during this time as Registered Store Manager. Leveraged my pharmacy experience to administer over 5,000 COVID vaccines while supporting over 60 employees throughout the pandemic. Authored an article that was published in Good Housekeeping promoting Walgreens healthcare services and was featured twice as a healthcare educator on CheddarTV. Hosted National Prescription Drug Take Back Day 2022 and was chosen to attend the Career Mastered Summit 2022. RXMoA Product Enablement: Clinical liaison between the support center and field operations in the creation and enablement of a new pharmacy operating system. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to maintain parity while identifying key pain points to address that would deliver the most ROI to our team members and patients.
