• Cover the recruiting and hiring of management and entry level associates for 60+ area cafes in Cleveland/Akron/Canton/Youngstown• Manage and improve relationships with communities, colleges, universities, and high schools in the area; visit quarterly; organize and attend on campus and community job fairs.• Contact and visit cafés on a day to day basis to assess their recruitment needs; ensure that cafés have the recruitment tools they need, i.e. recruitment signage, pens, applications • Make job postings on Indeed, Craigslist, college job boards and place ads in newspapers as needed• Form and maintain working relationships with café management, directors and recruitment director to ensure hiring goals are met• Call and phone screen interview candidates on a weekly basis

• Answer all phone calls into the unit• Meet with doctors to talk about what patients are ready for discharge• Make patient charts• Talk with patient families upon arrival to the unit• Order equipment and supplies for the unit• Greet all visitors in the unit• Respond to patient call lights when needed • Keep the unit clean and organized• Let the staff and nurses know about all incoming and outgoing patients• Make copies• Send faxes• Work with Kronos self scheduling system• Help Charge nurse with staffing issues and patient assignments
