• Since joining the faculty of KGC as an English II teacher, I have actively sought to strengthen the support that students and teachers receive on our campus in various ways. In 2015, I took the initiative to begin.
• Design and execute reading intervention curriculum for students of varying levels, including ELL’s—strategically incorporating use of programs such as LightSail—to increase students’ reading levels by an average of 14%.
