I am the founder of Mexi Bean Express, a Mexican fast food restaurant chain that offers travel inspired recipes infused with modern flavours! All of our food is Halal and we cater to various dietary requirements, including vegan and vegetarian options.I embarked on this journey during the pandemic, when we opened the first Mexi Bean - a sit down restaurant with takeaway options. Recognising a niche for quality Mexican takeaways, I decided to focus on expanding the takeaway side of the business and created Mexi Bean Express in May 2021, offering sit-down or takeaway options tailored to our customers' fast-paced lives.Since then, we have experienced remarkable growth and created processes and menus that we replicated across 5 different locations in Yorkshire. We are planning to expand further soon, taking Mexi Bean Express to more places in the UK and abroad.As a business leader, I take pride in the team I have built at Mexi Bean Express.
