While the martial arts world deals heavily in fitness and self defense, the range of tasks reach much further than that. Some of the many day to days include but are not limited too: engaging new students via phone and email and informing them of all necessary details, keeping inventory of necessary uniform and cleaning products and ordering when needed, organizing group parties, managing the Owner's schedule and planning meetings, handling payroll for all staff and basic business accounting, and serving as a physical and mental coach to students of all ages by having an open door policy.

Over the years I leveraged my customer service skills as well as my project management capabilities, and worked from a sale associate to a catergory manager position in my 5 years at Victoria's Secret. In this time I was also a part of exclusive trainings at Victoria's Secret NY Headquarters and a program to elevate future Customer Sales Leaders.

Providing full availability for freshman residents, conducting floor meetings and monthly room inspections, providing advice and assistance for personal issues, maintaining authority over the floor and a good relationship with all 60 residents.
