I am a hardworking, dedicated, and passionate individual. I have extensive experience in customer service as I’ve worked in the customer service industry since I was 16 years old. I started my experience working in a few different restaurants and moved my way over to working for Home Depot at the Customer Service Desk. There I dealt with online orders, online order returns as well as in-store returns and purchases, the customer experience and customer satisfaction. After my time at Home Depot, I worked for a housekeeping company, Maid Easy. I worked with the company for about a year and a half where I had to exceed customer expectations when it came to providing them with a clean and comfortable home. I excelled in making sure my clients were more than satisfied with the work I provided in cleaning their homes, and if they were ever dissatisfied with anything I did everything to fix the issue to ensure the client was happy and satisfied with the job. I currently work for GoPuff as a Senior Operations Associate in one of the many GoPuff warehouses. My job entails packing customer orders in a neat, and timely fashion. I have to ensure customer satisfaction by making sure all ordered items are included and packed into the order, and that the order is packed nicely and securely as to fit all items and prevent the damage of any items. I recently became a mother at the end of 2021 and I am now looking for a career that enables me to spend more time home with my son. Being able to work remotely gives me the opportunity to be home with my son and also work to provide for a secure, safe, and loving environment for both me and my child.
