Reported to Human Resources Consultant, I maintained a recruitment and staffing portfolio for internal movement of all inpatient medical units within the hospital (5 units), as well as seniors mental health, transitional care, the long term care centre and community sites

- Served as the first point of contact for the 30 departments within the Faculty of Arts and Science regarding questions on appointment processing and Collective Agreement concerns on Cross Appointments, Adjunct 1’s and Teaching Fellows- Responsible for ensuring the full completion of processing appointments for Cross Appointments, Adjunct 1’s, and Teaching Fellows in the Human Resources Information System (Human Resources PeopleSoft), including organizing all required documentation and accurately writing and distributing offer letters to all relevant parties

- Provided high-level administrative services in a health clinic setting- Filed and record-kept in the computer system, greeted and assisted thegeneral public, and answered telephone inquiries- Set-up, organized and opened the schedules for the therapists every month, co-ordinated interviews and selected the placement students, and conducted all accounts payable tasks
