Currently I hold the role of Head of Portfolio Delivery at Virgin Media O2, two of the UK’s most iconic brands, providing 46 million+ broadband, mobile, phone and home connections. For the last 4 years, I have been responsible for the management, implementation, and representation of a diverse range of Consumer Commercial priorities across Mobile, Fixed and FMC. Leading and coaching a team of Senior Project Managers to deliver Customer Value Propositions/Products, Regulatory and Commercial opportunities with average budgets of c£6m, adopting Waterfall and working alongside Agile methodology. My passion, a contagious hunger to deliver to time, cost, quality and my engaging leadership style has enabled me to create a customer and team focused environment, one founded in a culture of trust and autonomy. Continuously questioning, focus on lessons learned, perpetually innovating and experimenting in conjunction with my team to find improvements on ways of working, skills and knowledge.
