• Organize all events and social outreach for the studio. Events have included a “Wine Down Wednesday” series which partnered with other local businesses and a local winery, hosting a Live DJ for classes, planning outdoor runs with retailers such as Lululemon and Athleta, participating in Greek Week and other campus events on Villanova University’s campus, hosting tables at National Night Out, Wynnewood, PA to directly target our demographic, planning a Run Club to train for the Philadelphia Half/Full Marathon in November• Design all marketing materials using Vista Print for flyers, banners and flags, Constant Contact for email campaigns, and any graphics used on Social Media posts or additional flyers around town• Responsible for sourcing traffic to our studio through direct contact with schools, running groups, community boards, charity and community events, local races, and others• Oversee plans for expansion starting with Center City, Philadelphia (currently site approval and lease term requirements, eventually construction plans and design of space)• Direct Manager of all staff; front desk employees, coaches, and third party contracts (ie: cleaning service, towel service, trash removal)• Responsible for scheduling staff and coaches and any coverage that may arise from absent staff• Track and input inventory into MindBody from purchase orders to daily sales report• Primary source for all Social Media outlets; Instagram & Facebook with plans for Snapchat in coming months• Develop new class ideas to reach our demographics’ needs for exceptional workouts• Coach 5-10 classes per week

-Research the best markets and locations for new stores in the 100+ fleet currently in 30 U.S. States with rapid expansion of 30+ stores entering into lease per year.-Run demographic reports including Employee & Population, age, Household Income, as well as traffic data and any other pertinent information to the brand. Research local schools and universities to best understand the makeup of student body in the area. -Built and maintain a spreadsheet to compare all of this research in order to optimize where we are targeting in comparison to existing locations/markets.-Customize maps using Google Maps specific to our brand to better understand local businesses/restaurants/bars that would provide good co-tenancy or possibly create a competition.-Maintain specific lease information in order to keep track of Rent dates, lease expiration dates, and additional documents and exhibits as specified in each lease-Correspond directly with brokers in several markets in order to keep track of pending LOI's or leases or to keep up with any vacancies in the market-Keep good working relationships with Brokers, Landlords & Construction teams maintaining the projectsThis job combines Danielle's commercial Real Estate Degree earned from Florida State University, Broker experience through working with Harrison Commercial, as well as an unparalleled passion and incredible interest in real estate. She constantly exhibits an understanding of the brand she works for and pushes to find the best sites for the growing company. With several Argus modeling classes under her belt, she will be a great asset in any form of Development or valuation capacity.

Danielle Bruno is a client service associate in Atlantic Trust's Boston office. In this role, she works closely with relationship managers to provide comprehensive client service and administration of accounts for high net worth individuals, families and foundations. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance and real estate from Florida State University-Direct correspondence with clients receiving money and other finance-related requests-Tasks change daily but include paying invoices/bills, personal distributions from account, prepare gift packages, writing letters on behalf of clients, managing cash-Keep track of k-1s to forward to accountants and pay some clients’ taxes,-Individualized client books including account allocations and performance returns-analyze asset allocations based on clients’ spending habits and risk/return requirements-work closely with operations to deliver fast responses per client requests -good communication skills verbal and written; personalized and direct
