Sets up and packs down the polling station on time, accurately collects all documents, and returns paperwork and poll station materials to be collected by the local council. Accurately counts votes in local and police commissioner elections; trained in poll booth and ballot collection legal requirements.

Offering and signposting residents towards options for work experience, flexible working, and training. These opportunities were both internal to the council and for other local organisations. Organised a careers fair for people looking to return to work after a break that received very positive feedback; marketed via social media channels, liaised with the venue, created a welcoming space, assisted recruiters set up stands, and greeted visitors, created post-event feedback.

Inducted offenders into community service and monitored from sentencing to completion of mandatory hours. Liaised with probation officers, courts, admin and community service placement teams.
