I had to ensure the company had all the current up to date legal certification in place and liaise with correct regulatory authorities.I organised staff training working in partnership with local colleges and training companies.I was project assistant for a European funder helping bridge the gap of unemployment to help empower people break the cycle of unemployment in poverty stricken areas. I was also present in the four local schools working with kids on alternative curriculum to help prevent them leaving school with no education and falling into the unemployment cycle
